On the afternoon of March 6, 2025, Liu Ling, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shaanxi Investment Xinxing, and Li Bo, Member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of Lumcore Optoelectronics, accompanied the Xi'an Lumcore Optoelectronics Technology Team to the School of Microelectronics at Xi'an Jiaotong University to exchange and discuss with the team led by Professor Geng Li, Dean of the School. The two sides had in-depth exchanges in the fields of low altitude economy and optoelectronic applications, and reached strategic cooperation intentions in discipline construction, technology transformation, talent cultivation, and signed a framework agreement for industry university research cooperation. At the same time, taking this as an opportunity, we will fully leverage our respective advantages, deepen industry university research cooperation, and sign a technology development (joint) contract for the development of the 1550nm low altitude radar ranging module.

In the future, both sides will further strengthen cooperation in talent cultivation, technology research and development, and achievement transformation, jointly promoting the high-quality development of Shaanxi Province's optoelectronic industry.
