On June 24, Shaanxi Xinxing organized the 6th Party committee theory Center Group (expanded) study in 2022. At the meeting, lawyer Yang Lu, partner of Shaanxi Fengrui law firm, was invited to give a special training on the key points of legal due diligence and risk management in enterprise mergers and acquisitions.
